Our Trainers

Gabby lepore

Gabby discovered her love for fitness while training to become a Marine at MCRD in Parris Island, SC in 2009. She was forced out of her comfort zone and discovered she was capable of more than she ever thought possible, graduating with Honors. After being honorably discharged in 2013, she struggled to find a fitness regimen that matched the intensity and sense of accomplishment she was used to in the Corps until she was introduced to CrossFit in 2015.

The intensity and variation of CrossFit combined with the strong sense of camaraderie quickly filled the void she was searching for. She began working the front desk at her CrossFit box and eventually began to help manage and coach after getting her CF-Level 1 cert in 2017. After moving to Pike Creek, Gabby attended API and instantly knew she found a new CrossFit home. She is now a full-time marketing student and works part-time at API assisting in administrative and marketing tasks as well as coaching. As someone that wasn’t naturally athletic and that didn’t grow up playing sports, Gabby is passionate about inspiring others that they, too, can become the best version of themselves regardless of their size or background.
Our Trainers

Jim Casper

Jim joined the Achieving Physiques family in 2015. Since then, Jim has refined his coaching style and is constantly looking to increase his knowledge in the health and wellness field. His passion for making training fun and accessible to all populations is what sets him and Achieving Physiques apart.

Jim was a two-sport athlete almost his entire life, playing both baseball and soccer at the collegiate level. His passion for fitness started at an early age with encouragement from his father to join the local gym at 13 years old. Though he started young, Jim has remained an avid gym goer by constantly setting new goals for himself to include competing in and winning a bodybuilding show in 2017. Additionally, helping others establish, work towards, and reach goals they thought were never possible is why he remains in this business and why he is a trainer at Achieving Physiques.
